“I am highly satisfied with the wonderful service I received at the Elm Stree branch! I walked in and got to speak with someone RIGHT away, no waiting time! I worked with Heather Green on a home equity line of credit and she made the process less stressful by explaining everything thoroughly and answering all of my questions. I have had previous business with the bank, and have always been highly impressed with the top-notch customer service, especially compared with other banks I use. The personal touch makes the experience extra special, and I truly feel that the bank has my best interest in mind. I would recommend St. Mary's bank for all your banking needs, especially first time home buyers (St. Mary's helped me buy my first house 5 years ago) or loan borrowers (they helped me buy my first car too). I would rate them 10 stars if I could, especially Heather!!!”
