I'm very disappointed to be writing this review. Rich has been our accountant for the past 6 years and has always done a good job. I have been asking his office via phone and email to help us amend our 2021return with some new documents we received and they have completely ignored us. Despite several emails and a half dozen phone calls I've never had a response, despite being told "Rich will call you tomorrow" or Rich will DEFINITELY call you on Monday". I will be bringing my business elsewhere from now on.
