The service department was quick and efficient, and the woman at the counter was very helpful in her recommendations as the work ended up being under warranty. I had to wait on the part to be ordered and received a call to schedule a time to come back in. They quoted me a few hours, but I only had to be there one hour. So I am happy with the service and speed.”
“I've bought 6 cars for myself and my family from Westmoreland Auto over the last 10 years or so. Not one was perfect but was exactly as explained. They say this one needs brakes and tires...this one an oxygen sensor...this one a CV axle etc. I'm handy, i buy a car that I can repair and save thousands on each car. Just bought a 2014 Mercedes E350 with 79,000 that needs a shock for half what it would have cost anywhere else. It might take me 4hours to repair but I'll be making $2000/hr doing it! So basically if you want a good car and you know someone handy or can do it yourself, you can't get it anywhere else for less. If you're looking for a $1000 car that will pass inspection(those cars don't exist) or need in house financing Westmoreland Auto is not your dealership. I won't buy anywhere else!
