We have had deliveries fine up (Amazon using USPS) until November - nothing has change but they all of sudden decided that the "address is not valid" and will no longer deliver to our address. No one ever answers the phone. Amazon cannot select the carrier for packages. What is the point of a local post office if they wont even deliver to a local address?

It’s just an indoor drop box. There’s no desk for shipping packages, buying stamps, or any other transactions

Consistently delivers mail to wrong houses, never answers phone, leaves packages out on bad weather, had packages out for delivery for days with no updates.

They backup into private driveways which is against safety rules

Never answers their phone and returns mail for no reason....I just got a certified letter that I sent to a business returned to me with a sticker that says "no such street" when in fact there is a street and it's a major roadway with several businesses on it!!!!!! Time to outsource the mail system

No one to give packages to. Not a real post office. There's a bell to ring but no one comes or answers the phone.

Not at this location but was once told I needed to look up the zip code and come back. They couldn't look it up for me. Blew my mind... Didn't they invent the zip code?

I've never seen any postal service take til after 5 pm to deliver mail.their definitely an incompetent group.it should definitely be privatized in order to offer a reasonable service.

This is not a real post office! Have never seen an actual human working there. It's just a room full of P.O. boxes
