I had the worst experience ever last night at Tractor Supply! The manager, Faith was disgustingly rude to me! I bought a safe and there were 4 on the floor 2 of which had some scratches and dents so I asked the floor guy to see the safes in the middle. As he was making room and putting the ones in front aside she very rudely said what are you doing!? He doesn’t get to pick which one he wants and we don’t have time to do that because there are customers waiting for propane. Completely discluding me as a customer as well! When I pointed that out to her she accused me of being there the night prior doing the same thing and I had never stepped foot in that Tractor Supply before last night! As she was degrading me she said that she was the manager and doesn’t deserve to be spoken to by me the way I responded which was nothing as rude as her!
I can’t believe Tractor Supply would even hire people like her that has NO customer service skills, let alone make her the store manager!!
Completely unacceptable and uncalled for and if i didn’t already pay for my safe I’d of went to a different location instead of giving a store like that my business!
Someone should seriously do something about how horrible she treats customers!

If I could leave a 0 Star I would. My son and his Grandfather went to pick up a few items a big bag of dog food and some cat food so they park in front to make it easier to load things yes we know it's a fire lane however the store manager came out and legit yelled at him on her way into the store my son could hear her say jackass and more when they told me the story called and talked to the assistant manager witch was not helpful and mide sentence he gave the phone to the lady that yelled to begin with turns out she's the manager she became very mad at the conversation I personally will not buy anything from this location as long as thows 2 are in charge to add to this she wasn't even in uniform I hope they can get this women removed before it hurts the reputation of the store

So I got some issues. I come in almost everyday and always see talina working all the time and no one helps her out. To be honest she should become a manager cause she very good at her job. Who ever runs that store needs to really fix it and stop sitting around.

To the blonde lady named Faith at Gilford Tractor Supply who helped me out today in the store… thank you so much, your act of kindness to me spoke more to me than a million words ever could… you made my day 1000% better and my dog as well. I really can’t thank you enough & now my dog will have happy ears again. ❤️ kindness like that doesn’t go unnoticed to me, good karma is coming your way.

Wonderful experience with the people out back but Dan at checkout was extremely rude and was not helpful until he was told he was being disrespectful.
