Had them replace the antique PA system at our church. Nice equipment with a fast and clean install at a great price, and it sounds awesome. Very happy with the whole experience.

They are not people of their word. They say one thing and do another. They can not be trusted as I have proof of a mistake they made and they are denying it. Then when I can prove it they say they are not finishing the job. And refuse to work with us. I get it is tough when someone is caught in a lie. (With photos) but people/companies with integrity do not run when they know they did wrong. The man up!

Sound Resort came to my rescue! My elderly parents were struggling with our electronics and phone placement. The local cable company was no help and I was getting frustrated with daily repairs. In a few hours, Sound Resort, simplified the remotes, moved the phone, and boosted the internet connection. Then they tell me they can comeback as needed! I’m sure it was a simple job for them but it was a huge help for this combined home. Thank you Sound Resort.

Nice job The Sound Resort Gilford, NH. Tough TV mount on uneven field stone. Great service. Followed through to the end to make sure that cable and other hookups were properly installed.

They put in a very big system, and it does not work. Now they have left the area. Closed shop. New owners, but they do not return phone calls. Very unhappy. Finding a new provider.

They do not return phone calls. Moved out of the Valley, and this is why the service has fallen off the map. They told me, one time, two weeks to come look at a very basic remote. Wow. Now they just do not return calls.

I loved the work they did installing my new home automation system. The new owner was very very knowledgeable and helpful in teaching us the basics on how to run the system. The installation was on time and in my budget, I would highly recommend The Sound Resort.

Great people, They're prices are comparable to the big box stores. They deliver what they promise and they will work with you. I wanted a new 65" Sony TV for a New Years Eve party and have their tec hook it up to my existing surround sound system. No problem, they'd order the TV and I'd have it by the end of the week. I get a call from them on Tuesday. The TV was on back order, so there was no way I would have it on time. BUT, If I wanted, I could go to Best Buy , buy the exact TV......(it was the exact same price)..... and their tec would install it for me. I was blown away. A lot of stores would have called me last minute saying " sorry the deliver was late due to the holidays and the weather. Made the profit on the TV and the cost of the installation. Nope, they treated me like we all want to be treated. With respect, not like we just another paying customer right off the street. First Class Operation!!!!

I've worked closely with the Sound Resort on several projects ranging from a simple installation of a smart TV to a commercial install with security cameras, outdoor speakers and satellite radio. They are professional and knowledgeable and the installs have been clean and precise. I highly recommend their team.

it would be nice if they actually showed up to do the job. Scott came out to assess the job and give a quote. Scheduled appointment for install, but received a call the night before that the speakers were not in. Rescheduled for a couple weeks out and the technician came WITHOUT speakers and did not know at all what he was supposed to do. Goodbye Sound Resort.
