There is a review that claims Randy and Diane are on top of everything. Not that the statement is untrue, but certainly does not follow my experience with the service.
So I brought my boat into service on June 10 for an alarm that is continuously going off when boat is under a load, boat is a 2014 1950 Regal with less than 100 hours of use. I received a call on June 12, telling me that they had found numerous issue with the boat. Needed new bellows, needed a shift cable, needed seals for outdrive and needed to have a pressure test of outdrive. Not one of the items had anything to do with what boat was brought into the service department for.
The following Tuesday 6/18 called to see how they were doing on diagnosing the issue it was brought in for. Diane told me that they had not been able to do any follow up work. Inquired when they would do the follow up, was told that they had a whole line of boats that needed to be worked on in front of mine and they could not tell me when they would get back to it.
I am 68 years old and have been dealing with autos, boats, motorcycles and RVs for 50 plus years and never have I experienced such poor service and follow up from any dealer professing to have expertise with service.
Picking up boat on 6/19.
Appears if you need something other than minor service not the place to bring your boat.
By the way if I could have given a 0 star review I would have.

Diane and Randy in the service department are the best. Always on top of things and on time.

I was interested in one of the used boats and left 2 messages. Never received a return call. Worst customer service ever.

This place is run down, the manager is rude, there is geese pop everywhere, there is no AC, you have to bring your own sheets, parking is awful, no visitors allowed. I would never go back there again.

Made long distance purchase on boat that they were selling for customer. Boat condition was as described in pictures. Was told boat had 370 hours but it actually has 440 hours. Dealer told me they would perform sea test on boat. When they tested, boat was stalling out and giving code on engine. Was told issues were repaired and ran good. After boat was delivered, on my first trip out, boat still had exact same issue. Took to my local shop. Ended up having to replace sensor and distributor and set timing. Costed $1200. Salesman told me to send them the bill. Now they won't respond to my messages.

I knew what I was walking into. I knew it had not been updated. However, it would be nice to have the plumbing not smell. Like when we took showers it smelled same if you used the faucet. We didn't complain because we knew it was booked sold. A few other guest also said the same thing.

It's not the Ritz and doesn't pretend to be, it's super charming, affordable lake front, and best of all pink! I would love to give this a 5 star rating but as much as I loved it, others may not be so willing to overlook the obvious, such as no A/C, older outdated buildings, as well as old furniture. They keep the place very clean, paper the drawers and provide fans. The staff was super friendly especially Susan and Kay both over the phone and in person. We stayed in a 3 bedroom cottage. I would not recommend for 6 adults, but would be ideal for a family with children. And just as an FYI, there are a very limited number of electrical outlets & most are 2 prong. We had a boat for the week and were able to dock for a small fee.I'd go back in a second, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and/or family.

Amazing experience!!!! I can not say enough good things about buying our new boat from Silver Sands. The team at Silver Sands is more like a family, then a boat dealership. They truly love what they do, and it shows. If your in the market for a new boat, I highly recommend making a trip to see them. I promise, you will not be disappointed!!
