Up until this most recent incident, my previous experience with Mango Security has been with telephone support. On the phone, they have been able to help me adjust and program the different features of my alarm system, and they have been awesome.On March 15th, 2017, a large storm with 2 feet of snow and high winds hit the Lake Winnipesaukee region. We had purchased a house on the lake a few months earlier, and I was on a Medical Mission in Honduras that week. I received call from my wife that evening that Mango called and reported the Burglary Alarm had been tripped, and the police had been dispatched. Moments later, another call that the Carbon Monoxide detectors were tripping, followed by Fire, and High Water. I tried to access my remote cameras, but all power and phone lines were down. Our caretaker was not responding. Reports from the police were that the high snow and wind, with the downed power lines and trees, made it impossible to reach the house.Early the next morning Mango Security had dispatched a technician who trekked through the snow to reached our home, and reported that the power and phone were out. He also noted that the emergency generator did not start. The battery was dead.In the true neighborly spirit often found in 'New Englanders', the technician trekked back out of the snow, purchased a new battery, installed it, and started the Generator. This allowed the heat to restart, and save thousands of dollars in damage from frozen pipes!I simply cannot say enough good things about this company. Extremely professional and dedicated. I am truly glad they are protecting my property, and I greatly appreciate them, and their staff for going above and beyond the call. They are great! I owe them a large debt of gratitude.SincerelyMikeUpdate:I recently remodeled my house. A complete renovation, and I had a quote from another vendor that was about 25% less. I went with that vendor. A VERY BIG MISTAKE. In the end, the other vendor cost me the same, but I have had nothing but problems. I think the job that they did was not as through as the one Mango did, and now after a year, I still have problems. I wish I had stayed with MANGO all along. Yea, you get what you pay for. My fault

I called Mango 4 times to schedule maintenance of a system they installed and after a week with no call back, I went to another vendor. The other vendor performed the maintenance the next business day.

Right from the beginning meeting with Steve, talking about what Mango offered, what we wanted and what was a suggested system for us, we knew we would be in good hands.The process and installers were top notch, a beautiful job, no wires showing. The guys were neat, polite, extremely hard workers. All questions were answered and clear directions on operating the system.We highly recommend going with Mango. Very pleased.

We have Mango Security Systems in our two homes. If a problem, such as a power failure or a low battery triggers a phone call from the monitoring service, I'm very glad to contact people I know and trust, not some nameless faceless remote bureaucracy.Recently, we had such a call when we were out of state and Mango fixed the problem right away. They have keys to both houses and I trust them implicitly and trust in their knowledge and expertise.
