So far each time I have been in has been a good experience. Employees seem happy and friendly. I use the app to look at what I want before I go in. The app has so far been correct with the location of the item. Went in today Aug. 16 and they had Halloween decorations setup already! Pretty awesome display with 2 giant monsters that had to be 12 foot or taller. Super cool!! Store was neat and tidy as usual but was disappointed to see that there was only one regular checkout lane and the rest was self checkout.

Purchased at the store - Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal July 3 2024.
Delivery and installation is arranged of site by various companies. Microwave delivered Monday morning, Stove delivered Monday, Dishwasher and Refrigerator delivered Thursday.
Installation of Refrigerator was incomplete as delivery people did not unpack the interior of the refrigerator and failed to notice the ice maker hook up parts were in the drawer. Called the store” sorry” will now hook up on Saturday and the garbage disposal will be hooked up on Monday. Did I mention each time they gave me a four hour window for the work and Delivery.
Talked with store manager he said that the new delivery system is remotely handled and it is not his stores fault. Company policy- it is the way Lowes works - by the way the installation cost for the garbage disposal is 50% greater than the cost of the disposal.
Use Lowe’s and meet 6 new strangers that you will soon get to know more than your friends.

Welcome to my Lowes credit card nightmare
I r-eopened my Lowes credit card. About 8 months ago in flooring
When I bought 3K worth of flooring
Mark (who has been great) in building materials tried to run my Pro for a purchase and it was declined.
Although I paid the balance, Lowes is not able to credit my account
When the balance was paid.
Lowes has contacted me 40 times before my Lowes Pro card bill was due.
It was already paid ! !
Now Lowes want me to prove I paid my Bill from a bank statement. They think Im really going to waste more time? I told them to contact Mark at the store. He took the payment from my business account.
You have 1 week to straighten this out or Im contacting the Attorney General on June 27 24'

Every aisle had an employee asking if I needed assistance. Loved the lowes days sales and the clearance section is amazing

Went looking for a grill grate replacement. They had an option but unfortunately it was just too small for what I needed. The gentleman that my mother and I asked for help was very nice.

Cannot get a job done under contract without paying in full before you can sign the contract. NEVER pay in full before job completed. Took weeks for them to get materials for job. Ended up canceling job. Will never contract with Lowes again.

Ordered a one piece washer and dryer pd cash and they wouldn’t let us take it home so we had to drive home 2 hours and drive back 2 hours they couldn’t find us ( 4 miles down same road)my husband spent 2 hours waiting at end of road they claimed they came not to where there were supposed to , then they claimed it was delivered , it wasn’t the guy wanted us to reschedule , if they couldn’t find us before what makes you think they can now .
