I came to this salon when another salon in Meredith ruined my hair color ( a blonde walked out with dark blue black hair-toner and root color gone wrong) before my sons wedding. The other salon did not appropriately remedy the situation. Jennifer jumped in to help me on her day off. Where the other salon ( and salon owner) brushed me off, Jennifer understood how important it was to me to have my hair just right before this event. She spent the right amount of time to be careful not to overprocess and make me look like me again. I am super grateful for her kind humanity and the expertise she lended to remedy this situation. Both my daughter and I had Jade as our stylist for haircuts. She was extremely warm and comforting as it was my daughter's first hair cut. She listened and asked all the right questions about length of cut we wanted. Will definitely be back!

I tried this salon due to the reviews. I was not impressed with my stylist. She didn’t ask me about my hair or hardly any questions but only what I wanted done. My hair color wasn’t good and it seems like the color products they use are not long lasting or that good. My hair cut is horrible and I have several weird random lengths. The Stylists seemed nice but just not overly impressed.

Had a delightful deluxe pedicure with my friend here. Service was great and the place is beautiful. I would say that the massage chairs are more vibration than massage if that’s what you are looking for.Service: Pedicure

The owner did not do a good job on my daughters hair. She did what she wanted and not what we asked. She was unfriendly and overpriced She also fat shamed by saying “I’m wearing my fat clothes so I can eat pizza”. Not appropriate to say in a salon full of women and young girls.
