Very poor service unprofessional and not understanding at all. I was in the ER and got completely disregarded. Alix did not communicate well until i entered a rating into reviews.

A Wedding service MUST! One of our dogs was included in our big day in Meredith NH. A very good friend referred Alix to us. What a referral! Alix and her team are so attentive. We spoke on the phone to go over all wedding ceremony details, even Met with our dog prior to the event so he would know who Alix was. She even asked if there were specific colors she should wear on our special day. She stayed for the ceremony and photos so our pal was occupied and we didn’t have to worry about him. The team also came later in the day to feed him dinner and take him for a walk. We would use Alix and team again and would give ten stars if that was an option. She even made sure our dog was the first we saw after being married and snapped this photo which by far is one of my favorites.

We love having Alix and her team take care of our kitties while we are gone. They understand the different personalities of our cats and know how to connect with them and keep things feeling normal. Our anxious kitty does much better when we hire Homeward Bound to come for visits over our vacations. The Homeward Bound team genuinely loves and understands kitties and it makes a world of difference for the experience of our pets!

There are not enough positive things to say about everyone at Homeward Bound! Everyone took such great care of my boys and I felt so much better knowing that they were in good hands while I was at work. I have already been singing praises to anyone that will listen and will absolutely be calling next time I need a helping hand with the fur babies!

we were so excited when we found out about homeward bound! we have a cat and it is so so hard to drop a cat off at the kennel because it stresses him off beyond belief. at the same time, we don't like to impose on friends to stop by and check on our cat at home, especially on a holiday. homeward bound was the perfect, reliable solution for our peace of mind for our cat when we went away over Thanksgiving!

Words cannot describe the relief we felt at being able to leave our "babies" while away on vacation. We didn't have to board them causing undue stress on them or us. The friendly people at Homeward Bound came and checked on them, fed them and tried their best to get my stubborn cats to come out. They even came back to check on the door lock when one of the sensors said it was open. We would recommend them to anyone who wants reliable, friendly, caring people to take care of their pet babies! Thank you all so much!
