Your installers are cleaning up as I'm writing this. They have done an incredible job, are very cordial and are aware and have a great attention to details. I am extremely happy and very impressed with both of their work ethics and quality of work! Not a reputable company...stay away. NO GOODWILL, Dishonest, unfair, fraudulent, cunning. To provide a few adjectives appropriate for VP Tim O'Connor! I am a widow, and was promised by the owner of Riverside Glass (sold to Granite), a little more than a year ago, (who understood I was caring for my ill husband), he would replace the top cover of our shower doors which had totally faded, and one of the tarnished bars on the glass door. These items are totally under warranty, NOT to tarnish, or fade. Upon calling Tim, he vehemently denied any responsibility for the warranted parts, I was promised would be replaced. He was the most UNKIND, SELF-SERVING, ARROGANT, POMPOUS, individual I have encountered in a business environment. He does not have a "Kind" bone in his body. There are numerous companies thankful for your business and will treat you with the utmost of kindness and gratitude. My advice...please do not look for trouble by going near this company!

Got the winter time spider-crack across my windshield. GSG in Rochester was very easy to schedule an appointment with, and got me in and out in 2 hours the day of my appointment. Amazing quality, done nice and clean, and the staff up front was very nice to deal with.

We just had the most amazing experience with GSG.! For 13 years I have wanted to replace my shower door and was advised it was a custom shape so not possible. We looked at a full replacement shower which would have been around 5 figures. We contacted GSG they came and checked the door provided options and today Brian and Austin did the most amazing installation and removal of old door. The total cost 1/10th of a complete shower replacement. It looks like a complete new shower. I am beyond thrilled and absolutely will contact them with any future glass needs
