Great faculty, with very helpful front desk people. I can’t say enough about the courts. The owner has put a lot of money into upgrading the facility. The outdoor Hard Tru courts are spectacular. Great place to play tennis, pickleball, or just workout.

I absolutely love it here! I was hesitant to go to my first class alone but as soon as I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed. Gilford Hills offers a variety of classes at all different times. All the instructors are so kind and motivating. If you’re looking for something to keep you motivated and strong, Gilford Hills is the place. The gym itself is great as well. Multiple different rooms and a basketball court! Super Covid safe ❤️ I have tried so many other gyms bu nothing compares to Ghills.

I've been staying healthy at Gilford Hills for 30 +- years! I'm so grateful to have such a wonderful gym nearby. I can't say enough about the top notch fitness instructors. Literally no complaints for all the years here! The energy and positivity members receive from instructors is paramount!Oh, and Libby at the front desk and Sandy in the day care, just awesome!!!!
