This review is for hardware sold by AJW. I purchased a suspension from AJW directly that was branded ISC back in November 2016 for my BMW x drive. There were some delays with the order and it shipped to me directly from China. The hardware looked nice and I had the suspension installed on my car by my local independent installer. The car bottomed out and was bouncing from the first drive, it was essentially unsafe to drive the car so I held off aligning the car. I have had coil overs on my 335i, E46 M3 and E36 M3 and relative to those setups that were not perfect, I can say for sure this setup needed a lot more design time and was basically a complete experiment in terms of valving and coil rates. I contacted customer support and after a protracted back and fourth that required my follow ups, I was notified that the suspension had been redesigned and they agreed to offer a partial refund that was never defined. They asked for pictures. I sent them along and did not hear anything. I followed up and they missed email and they determined too much time had gone by to support me or even bother to return my calls (vm to Meryl) or respond to emails (generic customer support that was once fielded by Meryl) any longer. It had been just over a year that the suspension was delivered. I paid $800 for the shocks and $900 for the install labor so all told a very expensive lesson. I did not keep the original shock or springs so for the H&R springs, and B8 shocks I spend another $800 and installation. It was a relief when a properly engineered suspension was back on the car. I was lucky to have alternative cars to use during this months long back and fourth. It sounds like these guys have a good product for Subaru. But you are taking a serious risk here when you consider the support and time spent engineering these systems for other cars. It's not all about quality of hardware, design is a huge factor and you gotta pay to play when it comes to design. Save up for a quality system backed by quality people.

Dont know where to start with AJW Performance. Always amazing service, quality parts and even better results. I spent 25k with these guys building my WRX. Absolute monster. They were detail oriented and took care of everything they way they said they would. I now have them taking care of my drift missile from suspension work, alignments and general maintenance theyre the only ones I trust. Thanks guys!

AJW is the best!! They are always more than willing to give you great advice when purchasing coilovers or any tech questions. The ISC coilovers in my S13 have held up perfect and performed even better! So great that I just ordered a second set for my 05 Legacy! The spring Rates and dampening control works fantastic. Two thumbs up!!

Ajw is an awesome and reliable shop. They are frendly and will work with you on just about anything. It is my goto shoo for everythinf on my car. Mechanic Kyle knows what he is doing and will explain everything to you. Awesome place and strongly recommend 🖒🖒🖒

This was previously a 5 star post, which after trying to do business with them recently is being changed to a single star. They were unresponsive for over a month after purchasing parts, would not return any emails or phone calls and required extensive work to try and recover money paid for parts not delivered. I would steer clear of this company; specifically Jorel and Andrew, who couldn't be bothered to assist me.
