I had a really complicated change of address situation that the young guy behind the counter was more than helpful with. They make helpful suggestions on how to get a better price when shipping stuff out. The mailman is cool I've never had a problem with him.

I personally walked into the PO and mailed my brother's birthday card in the outgoing mail slot. That was on September 11th and he still has not received it as of today. It has never taken 6 days to mail anything to my brother 60 miles away. I sure hope he gets it by Monday, 18 September, his birthday.

They've gotten better in the last few years that I've been in Franklin, but the first few was pretty obnoxiously lacking. But this past year, despite covid chaos, the staff and etc has improved and they've been very friendly and courteous. My mail carrier is very friendly and a pretty cool guy. The indoor mail staff have off days where they're kinda short tempered, but I would be cranky too if I had to work in a building that HOT during the summer. Biggest thing I've noticed with inside staff is if you act respectful and friendly, they'll return it. So if you're getting an attitude, it's usually because you're giving one lol

Typical USPS: tracking pretty useless, generally late (sometimes not at all), and random "held per Customer's Request" notices online though no request was ever made. Local office in Franklin NH does not answer their phone... EVER! The drivers themselves are super nice, but I'm pretty sure their management is doing them a disservice. GET BETTER MANAGEMENT AND DO YOUR JOB!!!

The lady behind the counter is rude and disrespectful, everytime I go in the shes super rude to me, I went in to ask a simple question and she gave me such attitude and rolling her eyes and just treating me like trash, I’m not sure why she even has a job there. But I WILL NOT be going there ever again.

I really don’t know if this is Franklin Post Office’s problem, but my son paid $7.75 to have an important document sent to me in Florida. He mailed it on 10/16/20 as Priority - 3 day and it arrived today 10/26/20.

they never deliver are mail if they do it all in bulk pretty much and they never deliver the packages that day and they always wait to do so the day after there suppose to arrive and half the time we never get are important bills
