Good store, pharmacy is seriously questionable. I can get BP meds, enough to take out a small country, in acceptable time, antibiotics, no problem, anything they have a personal problem with is "delayed", "not in stock", filled at the last minute. For anyone not aware Rite Aid gives your information to police WITHOUT a warrant, this isn't about medication this is about a violation of your civil rights, the very premise this country was founded on in 1776

The Franklin Rite Aid has consistently ensured that I get my prescriptions on time. Any mistakes happened at my doctors office or with the insurance but they always helped me work it out. At 56 it’s literally the best pharmacy I’ve ever had. Not to mention It’s always service with a smile and good attitude no matter how swamped. This was especially nice during COVID.

Pharmacists are excellent and, even being short handed ,finds time to contact my Dr. when I'm out of refills. When my insurance didn't cover my meds he found me a discount card to make it possible for me to afford it. Sends me a text when my scripts ready and always answers my questions. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Excellent!!!!

Away treatment me with respect and always gave me a call and let me know when my prescription was ready. It seemed to have things I needed when other pharmacies didn't.

I have been customer at the Franklin Rite Aid for 20 years. Today was the first unpleasant experience I have had there; which happened to be with a floater pharmacist. However due to great customer service (as always) from Carol the situation was defused on my end. Thank you Carol for your compassion and understanding.

On more than one occasion, I’ve sat there for well over a half hour in the drive through waiting for someone to come over just to be told they messed up or it’s not done, why tell me one time and I give an extra hr any ways just in case just to be told it’s still not done. Will be switching pharmacies.
