I just purchased a new home and researched local companies in the area who provide K1. I decided to go with CN Brown which conveniently is who the previous owner used as well. I filled out the new customer form online as well as a credit app to have NET30 terms. I always select email as my preferred method of contact, but rarely do companies listen. They always call which is difficult for me and my busy schedule during the day. The confirmation page said someone would be in contact within 24 hours. The same day (within just a couple hours actually) I was contacted via email by Patrice who was extremely helpful! She created my account, scheduled my first delivery, let me know my credit app was approved, explained how automatic delivery worked, explained what to expect for deliveries, and so much more. Although I have yet to receive my first delivery (just scheduled yesterday), or gone through a winter yet, the customer service I have received so far made me very happy with my decision to use CN Brown. I am looking forward to having them ensure my home is warm during the winter months. Thank you Patrice!!

I just got off the phone with a representative, and I wish I could remember her name. She was so kind, and every time I’ve called I have a great experience. The deliveries always come when they are quoted to.I feel like CN is the only place you can call and get a live person instead of a recording! Thank you!

I always read bad reviews first .. sounds like some un prepared people . I haven't had this company long but after Rhymes and Dead River. This company is a beeeze. I pick up phone , order , give then time to get there they deliver , and charge day of delivery simple ... I would recomend ??

I have been using CN Brown for many, many years. I can't express enough how amazing the staff of CN Brown is. Laura and my delivery drivers especially I want to extend special thank you. This is not my first gratitude message to CN Brown. I have sent a few over the years to Corporate. I just discovered this cool review site on Google! I can never send enough gratitude messages to my Franklin, NH team. They keep me warm, and have compassion and empathy when I realize at last minute my oil tank is running on empty. They make every effort to make it to my home that same day so we can be warm. Just like I told their Corporate office...the most comforting feeling in the world is hearing a beeping sound and looking out my window to see CN Brown backing into my driveway! Thank you Laura and my delivery drivers for taking care of me <3

I called to order oil and they told me they cannot assist me and refused to give me a reason why. I find it very strange and suspicious and would highly recommend any person to stay away from this "company". They'll be going out of business pretty soon due to complete lack of customer service.

Marla and the team in Franklin have always been great to deal with. I know their job is stressful and the crew over there ALWAYS is respectful, patient and professional. I had a question about their new customer coupon program and they answered all of my inquiries in a timely manner. They display teamwork and customer service. I'm proud to do business with a LOCAL company. God bless our TROOPS.

Ok my faith in CN Brown has been restored. Had an issue today but received a phone call from Marla to tell me the situation had been corrected.She was very gracious and I truly appreciate her rectifying the problem. Thank you very much. Now that's Customer Service done right!

Do not use cn brown. Had to wait 3 weeks to have oil delivered then I finally had it delivered on Tuesday and they happily took their $300 for 125 gallons. Now it’s Friday and I have no oil... come to find out they put it in the apartment next to mines tank even though we made it clear which tank was ours. So I call into their office just to have a rude man answer the phone and say I already spoke to a man about this. Ugh I’m the owner of the apartment so I don’t care who you spoke to it wasn’t me...Now he is telling me there’s no guarantee on a delivery date or that they will even bring me my oil at all... even though they took my money... so now I’m without oil for a whole weekend and have to shovel out more money to get another company to do an emergency service on the weekend because of course cn browns policy doesn’t have emergency services on weekends.

I called on Monday for oil as I was running out they said can't till next Monday I said I won't make it thy said okay tomorrow we'll tomorrow came and went Tuesday I called and they gave me an excuse here it is Friday evening and I ran out of oil
