This scheduled service was for an inspection and oil change! In and out in a timely manner. Also, discussed the next service doing a transmission flush. The service staff is professional!

It's simple. I brought my 2015 Equinox in for a loud squeal that developed shortly after Benson's installed new brakes less than a year ago. The tech told me the brakes looked perfect, but YUP, there is a loud squeal coming from them. Duh. I know!
He said they don't know why, but for $150 they could grease the brakes. I asked will that cure it? He shrugged and could NOT guarantee it would work. So I said no thank you.
I couldn't believe it when he said the "bill" for the brake inspection was $72.50 ($20 off for Veteran). So I had to PAY $52.50 for him to tell me what I already knew.
The beginning of this year I went to BJ's for a from end alignment. After an hour worth of work, BJ's told me they couldn't do the front-end alignment perfectly (even tho the car handled MUCH better thereafter). They said that there would be NO CHARGE, because they couldn't do the job to their satisfaction.
A similar incident occurred at Valvoline a headlight. Because they didn't tell me about the possibility that the other light might go out (and it did just a mile from them when I left), they only charged me for the part.
My point is, that Benson's never would have charged me just to tell me what I already knew, and that they couldn't fix it.
It's that simple. And nobody there questioned it or stood up for the customer, me... on a fixed income.
I hope you understand my point of view and see why I can't, in good faith, give that experience anything more than a poor rating.

Getting service at Benson's is easy-peezy. A quick call to schedule the appointment. When you arrive, let them know you will be waiting and they get right on it.
I have been getting my vehicles service here for probably 20 years. Never had a problem. I certainly recommend Benson's Auto for vehicle service.

We got a notification one of our tires was extremely low. We took our truck to the dealership and they were able to take it right in and remove and fix the tire within a few hours. The service team did an excellent job as always,
