I used to love Garnet Hill. I ordered kids clothes, sheets/towels, and of course, women's clothing. In the past year or two, it's just all gone down hill to such an extent (except prices, which are still going up). First, they stopped selling kids clothes completely. Then, they stopped putting the garment measurements on the website. Then I noticed that they don't always show the back and side view of the garments. I realized (after some trial and error), that they leave out the unflattering photos, so if you don't see a back shot of pants/dresses/etc. it's because it doesn't look good from the back. This is even more frustrating because they charge for both shipping and returns; the LEAST they could do it show something from all angles and give you the garment measurements. Their stuff can be nice, but it's not THAT nice. I'm kind of done with them, sadly.

I've been purchasing GH sheets since 1980's. I have always loved the flannel sheets (their German ones that are their name brand sheets.) I'm never buying anything from them again. The sizes are way off...I got shams that had no size printed on them and called because I ordered standard and the shams were huge...twice the normal size (of which I have several). The "support person" knew nothing...didn't even try to research what I received and what standard size is supposed to be. They are using a different flannel which has long strands of fuzz and is a magnet for hair. I was such a loyal customer and can't believe how bad their service and quality is now.

I have not yet received the item I bought for my wife so I cannot comment on its quality but at this point I must give Customer Service a solid and unqualified AWFUL score. Unempathetic and unhelpful are words that come to mind.

What a nightmare! I ordered a set of sheets from this company. Immediately started receiving their catalogs along with other companies. Called and requested to be removed from mailing list and asked if they sell my info to other catalog companies. The girl said they don’t do that. Here I am over 6 months later still receiving their catalogs. When I called last month, I was told they never removed me from receiving the catalogs! I called again this month and was told they have me now removed from catalogs but still selling my information to other companies! This company lies to their customers. I bought a quilt last month and found one on their website that I really liked but there is no way I will give this company another penny of my money. They are deceptive and liars. We’ll see if I will ever stop receiving their catalogs along with all the others they sold my personal information.

Love my new rug that I purchased last weekend at the outlet store. It’s an 8 x 10 paws claw pattern. It looks beautiful and I received so many compliments. Thank you so much to Val and her team of associates. I always have an amazing shopping experience there.

Really good quality merchandise from the look of it. I was expecting bigger discounts for an outlet store but I did not go at a time that they had a mega sale. Pricing is somewhat confusing as clothes are marked down a certain percentage discount depending on which rack they are on. Bought a Christmas PJ for my daughter that was on the 60% rack but noticed when I arrive home that it was 50% off on my receipt. Too far away at that point to return.

I ordered a bathing skirt from GH. Got it, like it. Ordered the matching top, claimed they were shipping it on 7/6. Called today and was told they don't even have it. There were no notifications regarding this, if I hadn't called I wouldn't know. What has happened to Garnet Hill??? I will not buy her ever again.

Horrible place to do business. Garnet Hill was great 10 years ago, now "customer service" ( I use that term loosely) is deplorable. I placed an order for several items, including furniture. The order confirmation had an old shipping address in Virginia, so I called immediately to update the shipping address to Colorado. All the items arrived to the new address, but Garnet Hill failed to relay the change of address to their outside furniture vendor and my Hampton's chair was delivered to a home we no longer own. Weeks of trying to get customer service to hear or resolve the issue was infuriating. I called, left messages, wrote emails, no response or if I did get through the representative said they couldn't help me, the "furniture person" could only help with the issue. It was a simple oversight that they could have easily rectified. The furniture "customer service" person was awful and even called me a liar under her breath. Now if you want a lot of added stress in your life, then buy from Garnet Hill.

Customer service is horrible. I was to receive a refund for an order that never arrived. They promised to send the credit to my credit card. A month later it still has not arrived. Impossible to talk to a person at their customer service line. Their message is "we are extremely busy right now. please hang up and try again in a few minutes." Really?!!?

Garnet Hill sells quality clothing. Since they carry various brands, the sizing can be quite inconsistent, which often means buying two sizes with the plan on returning one. HOWEVER, don't plan on seeing your refund for at least a month after they receive the return. They put lots of effort into sending catalogs and emails, but really take their time processing returns and refunds. They received my return on 4/21/23, processed it on 5/5/23, and then mailed me a paper check on 5/18/23, even though I paid by credit card. Apparently they "updated" their computer system during this time and it wiped out all of the credit card information, resulting in the need to mail a check, but I would have expected expedited service on the return since no one expects to receive a refund in the form of a paper check in 2023.
