Me and my husband, ( almost 30 years old) walked in, we are from out of town North Carolina to be exact and we Drove 30 minutes for a vape all the way from Maine, she refused to sell me a vape because my husband didn’t have his id but I did, when he wasn’t even purchasing anything. WILL NOT GO BACK. Terrible customer service.

Kevin the store manager at the farmington location was a HUGE help. He knew what he was talking about and listened to my needs to get me into a new mod and tank. I broke mine that day and this was the only store who answered the phone happy to help. Knowing I was going to take a decent drive to a location that definitely had what I was looking for was great. Other stores couldn't answer my questions and just said come out and see for yourself but that meant a long drive. At this farmington location the lady who answered the phone was so nice and immediately got Kevin on the phone who ultimately gained my trust and business.

If there was an option for a minus star rating I would have given it. I called to inquire about a replacement glass piece for my silicone bong that was accidentally broken. I have never spoken to a less knowledgeable staff member regarding their products anywhere ever. It was so bad I could literally feel my IQ dropping as the conversation well uh we'll say progressed for all intents and purposes. I mean it's great that y'all employee the special needs community,but maybe not have them be the one answering phones dropping their product knowledge and Not Know How. I'm really disappointed
