I gotta say, this is my favorite Rite Aid. Every single staff member that I run into is so sweet! I am so so sad to hear of the one woman who had her last day tonight, she’s wonderful too! But I purposely will go to this Rite Aid, because I always feel so welcomed! One staff watched me walk to my car, to make sure I was safe after feeling uncomfortable about another shopper. I just felt it was important to write a review because I truly love this Rite Aid! The staff are so friendly, and I have never felt that way before going into a store! Even if I just need something little, a snack or make up, I go here!!

I have a hard to get medication, they always fight to make sure I have it. They have taken my insurance on many times and have always been able to produce or offer alternative care. Thank you!!

I'm pretty patient with this Pharmacy since all the others in this area have been nightmares.I know some other Pharmacies in the area have closed because the regular Pharmacist mentioned it in regards to how busy they have become.The dark haired girl who waited on me today was obviously stressed and not happy (her general mood the few times I've seen her).Script was called in this a.m. ... Istopped in at 4:00 p.m....it wasn't ready. When I asked when my prescription would be ready she said..."I have no idea" and that was it.I followed up with asking how late they were open. 8:00 was the only thing she could muster.I chalked it up to stress, ...but that is not an acceptable answer. She had no inclination to give me a ballpark time. Granted my bladder infection means nothing to her... ...she should have been able to hold a better conversation and maybe asked whomever was covering for an estimate on time.I hope this Pharmacy gets more staff, and with better personalities. The regular Pharmacist is wonderful, otherwise.

I find it to be a little bit ridiculous I had to pay $0.10 for a tiny plastic bag so I could carry the stuff I purchased. Pretty sure I live in New Hampshire for a reason. Guess I'll be moving my 32 prescriptions a month to a different pharmacy month to a different pharmacy.

It's not your customer service, the people who work at my local Rite Aid store are fantastic.It's the corporate that sucks. Price gouging- if you're not a member of the Rewards Club you don't get sale prices or discounts and sale items and coupon items are woefully under stocked, the store should be expanded but corp won't do it, instead, change items location to make it look bigger, only to succeed in confusing and angering customers and now they are charging for bags. Not a store I recommend and I only go for the pharmacy and location convenience when necessary.

This is by far the nicest store, with the most kind and caring associates. The Pharmacist and pharmacy staff are EXCEPTIONAL! I would drive far out of my way just to use this pharmacy, even if I didn’t live up the road!

Love the discount program, and because of it I find myself coming to rite aid just to browse:)The pharmacist Mark is absolutely wonderful and makes this pharmacy the only one I will use for my family's prescription needs. Always friendly and quite knowledgeable. It's a good feeling when your pharmacist knows you by name, and about your family and how the kiddos doing in school. Hands down, Mark makes rite aid in Farmington, the top store in the chain.

Went to Rite Aid to pick up a prescription. I go to the store in Farmington and the pharmacy associate was very quick to get my prescription. Very nice people!

I wish they would update this location. Very small and outdated however very grateful to have a small store in Farmington to be able to grab any emergency items or simple stuff without having to drive all the way into Rochester.
