I can not be more satisfied with this company. New England Furniture is a class a company. From beginning to delivery was so proffesanel. As for the sofa sleeper we purchased it exceeded our expectations. We were anxious about ordering online as you can't see and feel before you buy. The sofa sleeper is very well made and comfortable to sit in. Thank You New England Furnature.

We love shopping at New England Furniture — they have a huge selection filled with quality brands, the staff are lovely, and their free delivery & setup is a no-brainer! Their prices are really competitive/low, especially considering the brands they carry. They make it affordable (and enjoyable) to upgrade your home.

Nice and easy experience. Had the couch delivered the next day. We live in a unique house so it wasn't going to fit through any of the doors. Instead of giving up they took the time and found another way. Kudos to those two!!

We shopped for a couch and loveseat recently and NE Furniture was by far the best furniture store. Excellent service from the saleswoman to when we had the furniture delivered yesterday. The delivery drivers were very courteous and on time. Great job!

I was looking for a comfortable and affordable rocking recliner so I stopped by and had a wonderful experience. The store was organized and clean, which made it easy to get down to business on finding the recliner for me. After asking a few questions and trying a few out, I had my selection made and we carried it right out into our truck bed and left. From start to finish it was probably 15 minutes. It has been about a week since we've brought the piece home and it is my favorite place for mid-day naps. If you're looking for a no-frills experience buying a comfortable piece of furniture, stop by, you won't regret it!

Ordered a bedroom set last year. Firstly, it took honestly forever for us to get our stuff. Which is fine, I understand the situation, but it did end up weirdly getting pushed out a few times from what we were told, which was a little frustrating. Once we finally got it, they assembled the bed and brought in the dressers for us. Everything feels kind of cheap. What we thought was wood texture was really just like, stickers of colored wood. It’s weird. And some of the drawers on each dresser don’t even look like they are sitting in the dresser correctly, leaving these weird gaps. Which would also be fine and we could live with it. But the bed is so bad, and that is not fine. From the moment we first sat on it, it was shaky and squeaky. Like… bad. Loud. And it felt like it could fall apart. Literally we couldn’t even do any bedroom activities without it sounding like it’s breaking from moment one. And here we are less than a year after getting it, and in fact it IS breaking during said activities. The last two times, we’ve thought it was going to crash down. We are not overly large people. And my husband and I work opposite shifts so we don’t even sleep in it together! So 85% of its usage is with just one, normal weighted adult. That’s absurd. I sent an email about this back in the beginning, someone called me and left a message. I called back twice asking to speak with that person, leaving my info when she wasn’t there, and I never heard back. I’m literally at a point where I’m terrified it’s going to break and my cats will be under there. We’re probably going to get a new bedroom set tomorrow. Good waste of money.

I had a couch made here, I've had nothing but issues. The springs are wrong, the chaise sticks up in the air at the feet and is hard and uncomfortable. The middle leg doesn't even touch the floor!?♀️ Huge learning experience. The one star is way too generous.

If you shop around as we do, you will figure out that this company sells the best furniture at the best prices. The sales people very knowledgeable non-commission employees. They will have your interest in mind. Over the past15 years we have purchased three sofa's. All top line FlexSteel. We still have all of them. Our last salesperson was Lisa. She has been there long-term and is terrific.

My husband and I have shopped many local furniture stores and it was refreshing to not deal with a commission based team. They were here to help us. They didn’t follow us around the show room, but were there when we needed questions answered. It was a 29 very comfortable buying experience and I shopped three other furniture stores, and none of them could beat the prices or customer service. We too, will be lifelong New England furniture customers.
