I drove 2 hours to purchase my car from Volvo Cars of Exeter, and have nothing but great things to say about them. One of the easiest car buying experiences I have had. Henri, the salesman, was great to work with and has been extremely helpful and responsive after purchasing the car. Would recommend without hesitation.

I just took delivery of my new 2024 V60 XC Ultimate and I can’t thank Henri enough for helping me choose the right vehicle for me. Henri was awesome to work with, he never pressured me and was very patient and kind. It was frankly the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. Jake Topel has been very engaged, available and a refreshing approach to work with. Philip and I have purchased a number of cars from Exeter and also utilize the service department for current as well as past cars. That covers 5 Volvos. Our purchasing experience exceeded any past experiences. The service department has also been reliable and engaging to work with.

Volvo Cars of Exeter is easily my favorite car dealer I have ever dealt with. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them on the last 6 years and they have always made the experience as it should be...a joy of getting into a new vehicle, not a hassle to be dreaded like some experiences I had in the past. My latest purchase of a 2021 S60 was no exception. Henri in particular (my salesman) was fantastic and answered all questions I had and made a great deal with me. Five stars for everyone there service and sales!

I brought my car in to get the battery replaced and it took about a month to get an appointment. The service took all day which is fine, but then when i got my car back there was a new light in the dash indicating that my airbag needs work. This wasn’t there prior to getting the service done but they claimed it was so there’s not much I can do about it. The guy at the desk was nice, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.
