Dropped off my vehicle. Customer service was poor. Went to check on vehicle in the morning. Told not done and would call when done. No call three hours later. Stopped back by, vehicle was done, no call. Manager outside under fan, reading a book and smoking again. Not great service.

Had new tires installed 285/45/22 22 Ram 1500 . Good price, good “package” offerings, staff is very professional, knowledgeable as well as friendly,nitrogen fills,alignments, clean waiting area. Overall a great experience. I plan to be back for those 5k rotations as well as any future tire/wheel needs.

Without an appointment, these folks quickly Repaired my punctured tire for ridiculously little $ when I had already conceded to pony the cash for 2 new tires!! Thank you for generous service!

Had a terrible experience. Poor attitude and snarky comments were made when I needed a single simple tire changeover. Techs were just hanging around smoking cigarettes just hanging around both times I was there and claimed to be booked solid.

I've been to many locations but this one in Epping is lacking in customer service, at this location we were going to leave my vehicle in the morning so they could fix my tire first thing so I could pick it up at noon but they never even got to it but that's what I get after several others told me they had the same problems, I had better service and price at Walmart

Needed new tires , bought four brand new tires from them was alright service didn’t need them to be mounted just needed to buy them for my car. Paid for them and was written on receipt that I had a 65,000 mile warranty and a lifetime free flat repair. Got a flat a day after the shop I’ve been going to for years put the new tires on. They were mounted correctly tires were just absolutely awful. Went in after I got the flat to ask about warranty received immense attitude from the same man who sold me the tires, as well as him giving my father a very aggravated and rude tone. Basically told me tough luck and lied about the warranty, never told me when purchasing if they didn’t mount them the warranty didn’t apply so why didn’t I get my warranty? Insanely disrespectful and bitter awful service. Had to call another tire wearhouse where they were kind enough to offer to help me out with a smile on their face. Whoever is the manager of this establishment, do better. Will never be returning here.

Joe and the crew were super accommodating. I came late in the day around 5:30pm on a Tuesday with a puncture tire and they took care of me right away. The crew made sure I was comfortable and did a great job with the patch in no time.

I came in for an alignment and Rob was really friendly and helpful while I was there. They also helped me patch up a tire that had a screw in it. I would definitely recommend this particular tire warehouse for their friendly staff!
