This is my favorite store to shop in when visiting from NY. Can always find something for myself or for a gift. Very nice store and friendly staff. Will be back next time in Exeter.

We were visiting Exeter for my son's hockey tournament. I had some down time and decided to walk down Water Street and take in some of the local shops. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed. They had a great selection of clothes and accessories. The jewelry, in particular their rings were amazing!! I ended up buying two with the help of Mary who was amazing and seemed just as excited about the rings as I was. I bought an amber and turquoise ring and love them both. Thanks for making this Buffalo girl happy!

Gah, I'm not a fan of giving bad reviews but this store used to have the wonderful feel of a small boutique. Now it feels non descriptive like so many other stores. Plus the owner (I guess) was hovering and it was frankly embarrassing. Sorry Serendipity but sometimes smaller and more personal is best.

No returns - even with receipt and within 30 days? Wow not very customer service oriented and for a place that markets itself in part as a gift store, I guess you'd better know your making the right choice. I find this odd and ostracizing for a small town shop especially since there are so many shops to choose from. I like shopping local but I like customer service too! If customers aren't happy - they don't go back and customer service is one of the ways unique local stores can really win customer loyalty. I'm disappointed!
