Not only do they keep the interior and exterior of the property immensely clean, but I feel that the staff takes pride in their ability and willingness to assist. I had the pleasure of meeting Linda!, Not only did she answer all of my questions ( and I had many) with a very friendly smile, but she had patiently held the door for me when I was trying to navigate the trolley cart without me even having to ask. T.E. Andresen is currently storing a baby grand piano for a client and the clients were impressed with the team’s knowledge and care taken to get the piano safely packed and stored.
With Jim and his team, it’s not just about packing and storing, but also what is going on around the site as well. When it came time to decide whether to leave storage pods onsite or store them at their facility, Jim had the foresight to see that leaving them onsite would decrease work space for our construction crew. It’s the little things like that that make a difference.
