Called left numerous voicemails and emailed numerous times and got, literally, zero response in the past 5 or 6 weeks for trying to schedule a car for some routine work. Wanted to find a new mechanic in the area but giving up on this place. Doesn't seem a good way to run a business.

Had a repair performed here and was shown worn out parts.(not a required or common practice at some repair shops). Price of repairs was less than reasonable or fair. TRUST this business your in good hands

My friend recommended here for my car inspection & oil change.I called multiple times over two days and emailed to no response over a week later.The prices are incredible. Sadly the customer service ruins this for me.Disappointing, but I hope they do improve!

Scott is the best mechanic in the NH seacoast area. He knows what his client needs and doesn't do any additional work without presenting a few options to the customer first before he begins any major repairs depending on what the issue identified with the car is. My car always runs perfectly after taking it into his shop. He provides great quality of work and is an honest mechanic. Super professional and he takes pride in the work that he does. Scotty is the best car mechanic I've ever worked with. His rates are reasonable and he always does a thorough and detailed job. He knows Subarus very well and I trust him to tell me what the car needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs big or small.

Excellent knowledge, wonderful service, very reasonable prices. Highly recommend, especially for anyone in the market for Subaru work. Scott recently did the head gasket on my Outback. (came highly recommend from a friend) During the repair he found another problem with the car's timing belt, a mistake that another mechanic had made. Scott fixed both the head gasket, timing belt and a few other issues that the car had. Everything went smooth as can be and the communication was wonderful. I was also very impressed with the detail provided on each and every repair that was made. He did a great job explaining everything that was going on.. especially to someone who know next to nothing about cars. Overall, A+. Bring car problems here!

This place has got to be the most honest car repair shop in the state. I have gone in multiple times, after getting estimates from other repair shops and dealerships, and this guys comes up with the lowest quote, and FIXED the problem with my car every time! He could of taken full advantage of me, but he doesn't, because he's very honest. I can be completely at ease when my Mom goes to this shop, knowing that she will be taken care of!
