Aaron has been wonderful to work with whenever I came across a question or problem I couldn't solve. He is so helpful and always has the answer I need.
My only problem is, I worry about is the cost increase the company does yearly. I'm retired and live on a monthly budget. The cost increase is more than I receive from SS increases.

Since Prime Storage bought out our LOCAL storage Co, the rates have DOUBLED! Alot of us "elderly" & "disabled" live on VERY fixed incomes. Let me ask you a question. Would you like it if a storage company raised the price to store your Mother's or Grandma's family heirlooms? I have been disabled for over 20 years. There's no "raise" in my future. Perhaps you could consider a discount for the elderly and disabled. TY for listening.

Convenient, local, well secured.
Prices increased substantially over a few years.
Was a loyal customer for 5 years. Paid on the 1st of the month, cleaned out unit on the 2nd of same month. Was not offered a prorate return on payment

The facilities are nice & staff very helpful. I found that the pricing seems high, the requirements (like insurance coverage on contents) are onerous & unnecessary as well as price rises.

Went in on a $99.00 special then price went up almost immediately. Staff was helpful. Very secure, other than price it was good.

I came in with my friend looking for a storage unit with his car, we weren’t sure if we were going to buy a unit before arriving. We arrived and talked about wanting a 10x15 unit. This very nice gentleman Stephen, seems like he is a little new, super helpful. He walked us around to two of their available units showed us the units, we decided on one and then he walked us back inside and checked us out. He was super informative and helpful, knew what he was doing. Start to finish on our experience was incredible and super efficient. I cannot wait to continue storing our stuff at prime storage. Highly recommend this storage place for anyone looking to store their stuff!!

Much like other people that have left reviews, I am extremely unhappy with the recent price increase. The cost of our unit went up by $100 a month, which is ridiculous. They also don't answer phone calls when you ask for a manager but will tack on a $38.80 late fee. Unfortunately we will be moving our belongings out asap. Save yourself some time and aggravation and don't bother storing your belongings with this company.
