I needed a large picture window with a broken seal replaced. They came and measured quickly, ordered the window and installed it flawlessly. Did cleanup, were friendly and open. Have already gotten a friend to order with them.

Solid work, reasonably priced. They repaired an old Andersen window and replaced its glass cartridge. Will be happy to do business with them again.

First experience with Portland Glass. My daughter needed her windshield replaced. Made an appointment over a week ago. They were to come to the house between 9am and 4pm. I never got a confirmation call or text so on the day of at 2:30, I called them. They assured me the technician would be coming and would call me soon. At 4:40 pm I received a call from the office stating that the technician was sick all day and would not be coming. I would think that if he were sick all day they would have known that at 2:30 when I called them!! My daughter’s insurance company uses Portland Glass. My insurance company uses Safe Lite and I have used them several times. Safelite gives a much shorter time window (like 9am-11am) and they text you updates! NEVER again would I try to use Portland Glass! Ridiculous!!!

Travis has been to our house to replace a rear window in my son's truck and was just here again 3 weeks later and replaced my windshield in my Jeep that shattered over the weekend. He always shows up with a smile and is one heck of a hard worker. He is certainly an asset to Portland Glass of Exeter.

Portland glass replaced a broken window within the existing frame, on-site in less than an hour (after measuring and ordering glass on a prior visit). The service was professional and very economical compared with new/replacement window installation.

Portland Glass is awesome! On Friday morning I took a deer to my windshield making the vehicle undrivable. Portland Glass came first thing Monday morning to replace the glass. I did have to then drive to the store to get the cameras recalibrated but that would have been the same for any glass company. They got me going again by midday Monday. Thank you Portland Glass for the fast turnaround!
