Liv was absolutely amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable, and took great care of me. I am someone with thin, fine hair, and she NAILED it. The cut was perfect for my hair type and facial structure. She went above and beyond with the styling, it was perfect. She explained every step, the products she used, and the ingredients in them. I have never left the salon feeling better than I did today.

I went to Reis when I was heavily pregnant and wanted to fix my hair which was balayage and really bronze. I wanted a cherry balayage and money was not an issue to fix it . I booked KC cause she was level 4 stylist to make sure it doesn’t get screwed over again . She made me comfortable saying she can fix it. She said she has to color the roots and everything and start all over. She even added a glazed treatment which I didn’t realize it .
I left with just slightly red color than what I went to. I spend over $400
Over freaking $400 for a hair I didn’t even like and no where close to what I asked for .
All my friend said it was rip off and asked me to go back to fix it . But I went on labor early and with a c section . I couldn’t .
Do not promise someone what you cannot do if you can’t do it . Please avoid this over priced salon at any cost .
Update - salon manager reached out to me via email and offered me free hair consultation and recolor my hair. So Iam updating my review to 3 star .

I showed the hairdresser my reference image and I told her to cut my hair like it. She asked for the reference a few times but managed to screw it up. She made me look like a mushroom. She didn't even clean the hair off my neck and face and now I fee like an itchy rat. It was $60 dollars for this rubbish and I could've gone to Great Clips for 1/3 of the price with a better cut. Why is she level 2 when she can't even cut it the way I wanted? Before you say that I didn't explain what I wanted, the reason why I didn't elaborate was because everything I wanted was in the reference photo. I trusted the process because she was a level 2. She said my hair was thicker than the girl in the reference image so she thinned it out but the hair (fringe) in the front of my head is disproportional to the back. Meaning, that she cut too much off the back, very unlike my reference image. If she couldn't do it properly, she should've told me. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed and wish she could cut properly.

Surpasses all my expectations. Love Caitlyn, started going to her after my hair started growing back from my cancer chemo treatments. I was so emotional, at a loss and scared on how to approach my hair style, I much needed a professional to help guide me, and trust how my hair will grow out. Today, 2 years later, I’m confident and get tons of compliments on my hair!
She was with me all the way!

I had a terribly disappointing experience at Reis Salon over a month ago, and I’ve been meaning to share my review ever since. Unfortunately, I have to give this salon a rating of 1 star, or even zero if that were possible. My hair stylist was Tylor, who I was told is the best one there and the go-to for any questions. I went in asking for a pixie haircut with some highlights, and I left with nothing close to what I requested. Instead of a stylish pixie cut with highlights, I ended up with a haircut that was barely shorter than my original length and completely devoid of any artistic flair. Despite my repeated requests for a shorter cut or highlights, Tylor refused and instead insisted on giving me a hair color removal treatment followed by an expensive “hair treatment” that had no noticeable effect. To add insult to injury, I ended up paying over $300 for essentially nothing—no haircut, no nice color, just patchy, lackluster hair. Tylor even had the audacity to tell me that my hair was too weak to handle any further styling and asked me to come back later. I left the salon feeling utterly disappointed and heartbroken.
My disappointment only grew when I video-called my mother and she immediately expressed her dislike for my new hair. It was then that I realized just how ugly the color was and how ill-suited the haircut was for my face. For a couple of hours, I blamed my hair for not being “pixie highlight material,” feeling miserable every time I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror.
At the same day, I refused to give up hope. Determined to find a salon that could redeem my hair disaster, I searched until I found Christine Roach’s salon in Greenland. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. Christine, who herself rocks a pixie cut, assured me that I had the perfect hair for the style I wanted. And she delivered beyond my expectations. With skill and care, she gave me the perfect French-style pixie cut, complete with beautiful highlights that complemented my features perfectly. Not only did I love my new hair, but I also received countless compliments from strangers who admired my style. And the best part? I only paid around $180 for Christine’s expert services, a fraction of what I wasted at Reis Salon.
In conclusion, my experience at Reis Salon was nothing short of a disaster. From the lackluster service to the exorbitant prices, it was clear that they cared more about making money than actually satisfying their customers. Thanks to Christine Roach, I now have the fabulous hair I’ve always wanted. I will never set foot in Reis Salon again, and I urge anyone reading this review to steer clear as well.
