Recently joined and it's been an awesome experience. The facility is clean and the trainers are both knowledgeable and approachable. The sense of community among members is supportive and motivating. Highly recommend for anyone both serious about their lifting goals / wanting to get in shape newbies! Solid gym

I absolutely love this place! I'm typically in there 3 days a week and I hope to make it more this year. They have everything that I need to reach my fitness goals and the staff makes me feel like I belong there. Matt and Zach really walk the walk and they train in the same facility. I cannot imagine anyone having anything negative to say about Ironman Fitness.

I love everything about Ironman Fitness! Matt Lawrence is the best of the best. You CAN get strong and fit while taking great care of your body and using proper bio mechanics. I would highly recommend to seasoned athletes and those new to working out!

Ironman Fitness is LIFE CHANGING . I feared the gym after years of back pain then surgery. I was lucky enough to find Matt and IMF. I am now strong!! And not afraid!! The classes are fantastic and fun. IMF is about mind and body, it's truly my happy place. My son has also gained not only strength, but confidence. His whole physique has change immensely and he loves it. IMF is truly the best!!!

Matt is the best...I really like how he structures the group fitness programs while allowing for adjustments for people at different ability levels. He cares about his clients' success.

Matt is one of the best trainers I've worked with. His group fitness classes focus on building strength and mobility -- and they're never dull. Matt and his trainers also emphasize safety; when you're lifting any weight, they make sure you're lifting correctly. I recently went on a difficult, multiday hike with friends in the White Mountains. I was the oldest hiker in the group and ended up being one of the leaders. I attribute my ability to get thru that hike and my quick recovery to the years I've worked with Matt.

Great gym with personalized service. They challenge you to do you best, and always changing the workouts for you so they don't get boring.
