First and last time going to Herb and Robs Auto Clinic.
I go in to swap my tires out for my winter tires, takes about twenty minutes. Once I get my car back Im driving towards the road and notice a funky sound. I go to the back wheels and kick them, then drive into the street. As the sound continued I drive into a residential neighborhood a hundred feet from herb and robs to inspect the problem. These HACKS forgot to tighten my rear wheel! I've got two lugs holding my wheel on and three have fallen off. That wheel was seconds away from falling off. If I didnt know better that wheel would have rolled off possibly hit another vehicle or god forbid a pedestrian. This tells me a few things: The "mechanics" at this establishment are not well trained. This establishment does not torque your lugs after installing a wheel onto your vehicle. And most importantly NEVER GO TO HERB AND ROBS AGAIN! negligence manifest

just needed to get a tire mounted and I told the owner about a possible problem lugnut. the had to get another but after close to 3 hours of me waiting still no progress. I ran out of time and had to get my wife's car back to her and the guy had a hissy fit about having to pay his mechanic and he was being 'soft' on me because I owe him $$. ummm no way dude. your mechanic didn't work on it for 3 hours. you didn't complete your job and I'm still needing the tire mounted. so we both lose. his attitude sucked and I are as heck am not giving him my business. go elsewhere and leave these clowns in their misery

Don't come here!!! I wouldn't let these clowns touch my lawn mower. I used them because they could get me in right away. I wanted to go to Cody's down the street but they were booked out 3 months. Their lack of communication is astounding. The car was done with no call. Then they wanted to change for storage. They fixed things without getting any authorization and then try to charge me for the repair. I literally spent 2 weeks going back and forth with the car insurance company because they didn't give authorization either. I finally filed a lawsuit against this shop which I shouldn't have dropped, after the insurance company helped out the shop and paid for the repairs. I've had nothing but issues and I've only had the suv back for 24 hours. Your 90 year old grandmother could probably do a better job. I've contacted the better business bureau and filed a complaint. If I could give negative stars this company deserves it. I don't usually complain or write comments but I downloaded yelp just for this company.

I have been going to Herb and Rob's for over a decade and would not consider taking my car elsewhere. From the first appointment for an inspection, I was nervous because you always expect the worst. I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner and needed no repairs, so I was on my way quickly. Rabih, the owner, is knowledgeable and makes an effort to ensure that his staff is responsible and skilled. I trust Herb and Rob's to be honest and explain any repairs that I've needed over the years, Highly recommended = A+!

These guys replaced both my rear brake calipers and rotors for a very fair price. I have been getting ripped the last few times I have had to do the brakes on my truck so to get them done quickly and without a price tag that broke my bank account was a god send. 100% will be back againService: Brakes

Been going here for routine maintenance for a while, always quick and a good price. Took my car to them after it failed inspection last year, dropped my car off and the work was done in a timely manner. Saved me from having to buy a new car.

Tried to get some assistance with a repair a while back. Went in person to talk with the guys here but didn't have a good feeling after seeing them arguing with a customer about a current repair. Figured I wouldn't judge based on appearances and was next to talk when I got a response of "I don't have time." Maybe he was having a bad day? But it caused me to go somewhere else.

We took our motorcycle there for a thorough look over prior to selling it, to make sure it is all in good order. The owner, Rabi (Rob, Rabeh, Rabi?), is a great guy- very honest and treats both my husband and me with respect. I recommend this garage.
