Hannaford is a very clean, well-organized, and well-stocked grocery store. It is a good size with plenty of products and everything needed for a grocery list. The store offers a variety of high quality, local fresh foods. The produce section is decent and the store is known for fresh produce. There is a decent bakery and deli area, with a delicatessen offering a large variety of hot and cold foods. Special features include a stir fry station, a hot foods bar, an olive bar, and some specialty cheeses. The store has a customer 'kitchen' eating area. Staff and employees are always friendly, helpful, and super friendly. Lines are not long, with self checkout and express lanes available. Hannaford provides a fantastic and easy shopping experience with great deals and everyday low prices.
Because they carry local/regional cheese. Coming from out of town for a week to work, being able to find local cheese and enjoy it during the week was perfect.

Nice store....friendly people. Great selection of ice cream. Expensive but not as bad as Shaw's. Great deals sometimes too!
