The manager recognized me immediately despite my not having been there for years, I was stunned. As far as the work requested: The whole staff that I interacted was very professional yet courteous answering any questions with obvious knowledge of what we were discussing. From entry to exit, I was truly pleased to find that a local business still retains that small town congeniality that seems to be getting lost to businesses these days.
If you want good, honest service please consider this place for your automotive needs. They really are second to none.

Graham Tire & Auto impresses again! As a Sprinter RV Van owner, it's very difficult to find someone to tackle service for our van in the Rockingham and Strafford County area. Graham has handled our NH State Inspection twice and recently replaced our defective factory shocks. The work was completed in under an hour while I waited. In and out service! Thanks so much for taking care of us and we'll see you next time!

Called to see if they can change a valve stem they said to come at 2pm... Then at 4pm they tell me they installed the wrong one and they had to change it so 5 minutes later it was fixed I don't understand how a place with tires in its name takes over 2 hours to change a simple valve stem and when they finally do its the wrong one. They do have nice employees but over 2 hours for a vavle stem change is crazy and then when they fixed it took 5 minutes like I expected it to. Will not be back.

I took my 2010 Honda Civic for a check up. I asked to talk to the mechanic at the end (I believe his name was Dave?) and he gave me a thorough evaluation of the car, answered all my questions, and even gave me some tips for maintenance and repairs.
We all have experiences where a dealership or garage has tried to (over)charge you for unnecessary repairs. Here they didn't, and in fact their only recommended action (an anti-rust undercoating) is something they don't even do in this shop!
I truly appreciate an honest and well-done job.
