I’ve been to Gormans several times with my Grand Cherokee. because of Gormans mechanic Rob . Rob is very knowledgeable great customer service levels and is the best if you want quality work !

Would never go to this place again. I had an exhaust leak. A manifold had a hole. The amount was excessive and had to pay upfront for the part. He ordered the part and order the wrong part and had to reorder. I was told that the was not returnable. I needed it fix to get it inspected. I had to have the work done else where and lost the money on the part. I work a little ways away. That's why I went there. I dont trust this and hope no one else gets screwed like I did.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced!! Had my truck for 3 weeks , and kept pushing back the the date he could fix it ! When it was done , my front end shook when I applied the brakes, a problem that didn’t exist prior to dropping it off! If I could give him 0 stars I would! Find a different mechanic and save your money!!Service: Engine repair

My Scion XD needed both rear rocker panels replaced. And Rob Gorman accepted and offered to fix it. His words “ I am not a body shop but I can fix this .” And so he did it with perfection with lots of extra accommodating my needs during the holidays ?Surprisingly charged me less than half the estimated cost by at least 3 others body shops.Have you ever hugged your auto mechanic and his assistant and told them “ Infinite Gratitude and I Love you ? “Amazing service, honesty like in a Norman Rockwell portrait!? I took the car to the Subaru dealer for inspection previously and was told the loud noise we have had since we got the car was just part of driving a Subaru - they're loud. Not so. We brought the car into Gorman's for a brake and rotor repair (far cheaper than Subaru), and mentioned the noise offhand. Aaron took it for a quick drive and knew right away that at least one of the wheel bearings was causing the noise and needed repair. He suggested we get it done since the brakes were being done anyway and it would save us money. Our car has never been this quiet! I am blown away. Brakes are working great, too. We were going to walk back to get the car, but instead Aaron picked us up downtown! He also told us about some really beautiful places to go walking in nature that we hadn't heard of as we are new to the area. Honest prices, sharp mechanics, nice people. We'll be back!

After feeling taken advantage of at another shop (where I paid a large bill and still had a broken car), we brought my car to Gorman’s for a repair. I was blown away by their honesty and desire to get the diagnosis right. Aaron went out of his way to make certain our experience was top notch. He checked back in several times to make sure the car was was working and his prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend them!!
