With a primary focus on footwear and racquet sports, including tennis, pickleball, running, hiking, and active wear, their customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction unmatched. They take the time with each customer to answer any questions they may have and to find the best fit for your needs. They are extremely knowledgeable in the products they carry, and if they don't have your size, they will get it for you with a very quick turnaround. I tried on a thinsulate shirt which was not my size and they placed an order with a commitment to have it by the middle of next week. And I didn't have to pay for ahead of time. While they don't have everything a large big box Sporting goods Store has, they have a very good selection to address your immediate needs. They are also one of the few stores in the area that offers tennis racquet re-stringing and regripping service at very reasonable prices. Great sports shop and customer service. As a tennis lover it's nice to have a local shop with a wide variety of strings, racquets, attire and accessories. Convenient demo program too. They now have supply of pickle ball equipment! Nice people

Top notch customer service!!!!! The woman that waited on me today (I wish that I had caught her name) was so warm and welcoming. She is quite knowledgeable in athletic footwear and was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I am a customer for life! I bought a pair of running shoes from Bert at George & Phillips last fall. He really knows his products, and I went home with the best fitting athletic shoes I've ever owned. I called recently to see if he could mail me another pair. (Seems the occasions that require heels during the pandemic are somewhat limited. Sneakers, however, are surprisingly useful.) He had the shoe I wanted and offered to drop it off at my house later that day! Amazing.
