The stock at this store is lovely but the service is a 0/10. I’ve been twice in recently, once to buy, and another to exchange. Both times there were 2 girls on staff that made no effort to offer help with putting my clothing in the changing room, didn’t check if my sizes were ok, and didn’t say one word to me other than my total at checkout - not even ‘thank you have a nice day’. Very frustrating and would enjoy shopping there more if the customer service was even a little better.

Kelley is fabulous and friendly, staff selection and attention to detail are wonderful. Fair pricing as well, affordable incense, perfume oils, and clothing priced well for the product origins.

The staff here is not the kindest group of individuals but the selection at the store is fantastic, so I really don't let that bother me. I always find more than I need to here. Love this store.

This was my first time visiting this location. The associate here was very kind and easy to talk to. Some of the things I was looking for were out of stock, which is fine with me, just another reason to come back!

Cute clothes. But watch out for the crusty sad angry Bridge troll (long blonde hair). She was extremely hostile and rude. There was a LOVELY short haired girl there, love her! But I warned you...about the slime troll.

I usually love this place, the clothing is so cute and the people working there are always kind. However, today at around 5:45 my friend and I ran in to quickly look at something we saw through the window. The girl working was behind the counter on her phone and immediately looked up at us and said "so, we close at six." We looked around a little bit but the girl stayed on her phone. This comment made me and my friend uncomfortable and made us leave almost immediately.
