My car was repaired faster than expected and at a good price. Doug also pointed out some other issues with the car I should be aware of. I'll be taking my cars here from now on.

He figured out what was wrong and saved my car from the junkyard. Others had misdiagnosed it as a transmission problem it so it was a good day. Friendly and reasonable.

Broke down on the highway and had my car towed here with no notice. Doug was very patient and honest and explained an issue with my car very simply. We ended up not using his garage, but he didn't pressure us either way (just farther from home than we wanted). It's not often you find a nice mechanic who speaks to you kindly and simply. Thank you Doug!
