“Stopped in 45 minutes before closing. I am short, so I couldn't reach the higher racks well for clothing. Noah came over & offered his assistance. I couldn't believe the customer service I was receiving. I told Noah my size & what I was looking for in sweaters. He went to the racks & picked out various styles for me. Noah was so friendly & told me I didn't have to rush shopping since he was there until after closing. I felt so respected & appreciated as a customer. Unfortunately you do not see this level of customer service today. Noah is a real gem.”

“I love this store for mens fashion. Some of my favorite pieces come from here and whenever I wear them people want to know where they come from. The store is well organized and kept neat. The staff is friendly and it is always a fast checkout. I know this is a corporate chain but they must have good buyers. The quality is high and the styles are unique. My least favorite things in the mens department are the shoes and accessories. They do not live up to the rest of the items for sale in the store. It would be better to eliminate the shoes and accessories than to carry poor quality ones. But other than that everything else is stellar in quality and style. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. I highly recommend this store for mens fashion.”

“A very large store with many items, we stopped as they had a sign advertising T-Shirts 3 for $5. We came away with 9 T-shirts and of course several other items as well.”

“My 13 year old daughter got a gift card from Rue 21 for her 13th birthday. She absolutely LOVES the store. She had never been in before, as her age was still a bit young for the clothing, but now that she's been there, she wants to go back!!! She got some earrings and shirts. There are clothes for girls that are a bit older, like 18+, but there was still plenty of less risque clothing.”

“Great prices, a lot of the clothing still has original tags on it but you pay a fraction of the price , it’s not like some second hand stores where everything looks like it would appeal to a nun or. An 80 year old women- lol, there is also a lot of variety so it can appeal to a wide variety of styles - for example my mom find clothes she likes there - but no offense as much as I love my mom I wouldn’t wear her clothes out in Public unless I was paid a large sum of money - I also shop there and find clothes I love that my mom wouldn’t be caught dead in- so really it doesn’t matter how you dress there is something for everyone and the prices are great! The staff is also very kind and friendly- my clothes got stolen a while ago ( long story) but until I went here and began replacing them I was walking around in hand me downs that were old and baggy and everyone would treat me like I was a thief when I went shopping ( like they thought I was shoving items into my ugly outfits -not the case I had no other clothes ! Cvs even called the police on me and after a 3 hour nightmare let me go because they couldn’t find any stolen merchandise in my pants - car -shirt etc - because there was none I don’t shoplift) the first time I went in this store I looked like a complete fruit loop as I was there to replace my clothes on. A budget- not one time did the staff make a rude comment or follow. Me through the store asking can I help you over and over again when what they mean is can I help you leave the store by making you uncomfortable ?- they were very helpful when asked but they do not harass anyone- they even chased my mom 2 blocks down the street to return a credit card to her that she forgot when she paid. I love this store I would recommend it to anyone who wears women’s clothing!”

“Awesome boots , so comfortable and practical ,very nice cut, I like how its not too tight round the toes side..I started to enjoy more walks in the countryside since I got them :)I also like the waterproof spray ,it helps in UK climate. .I usually use gel foot pads to adjust the size , the last boot I had lasted 10 years with good after care.Great products and customer service . .they generously made it possible to buy in 3 payments and I got discount and Many other benefits from registering to join the online community website.Thanks alot ?”

“Was not happy with the cashier. I had questioned if an item I was purchasing was on sale. He said, "Should it be? Never offered to check or if I still wanted it. Customer service could have been better in that area.”

“I shop here regularly but it is hit and miss. The styles are mostly for a younger crowd and it is considered a 'skate board' shop. Every now and then I find something I cannot live without. The prices are high on most everything though they do have a large discounted area in the back of the store. It is large because mostly things are overpriced when they arrive in the store so a larger number of items are discounted in the back of the store than you would expect. But even some of those prices are too high. There are often shoe styles I would like to buy but they rarely have much in the way of sizes so you will have to shop online if you see something you love. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. They rarely greet you as you shop but they have many attendants on duty who just ignore the customers. I often see 4 or 5 cashier/attendants hanging around the registers chit-chatting with each other while they completely ignore their customers. I sense attitude even when I cash out. It is almost embarrassing to shop there. I don't feel welcome. But when I find something I like then I endure the attitude to pay for it.”
