AWFUL bank. They bold-faced lied to me numerous times and even literally threatened me with a 100% lie to pressure me saying there's a "federal law" to complete my re-finance mortgage well before the timeline I knew I had to finish it. They also bold-faced lied about an account that was set up, saying there's "no other charges" and I found out (the hard way) that was also a lie. The hours are also awful, closing at 4 every day, earlier on Sat, and NO hours Sun. I'm pulling ALL my accounts OUT of this awful bank and might report to the bank commissioner in Concord.

They have a sign requiring customers to wear masks, but the employees don't wear masks, and behind the counter they stand around chatting among themselves (again, mask-less). Not safe for ANYONE. Will not be back.

Run don't walk. Hidden and disclosed exorbitant fees, poor service, rude personnel. The local higher rated banks are higher rated for good reason.
