BEWARE!!! I've been using this car wash for over three years with no issues, except today. Wash malfunctioned, little water, no soap and the brushes grinded the entire car leaving brush marks on top and all sides. Attendant spent 15 minutes on the phone with tech trying to fix it. Couldn't see any problems with scratches at all! Rehashed it, just made the scratches look cleaner!! Even the Racoon on Seabrook takes their customer service seriously! To top it off, I just paid $300 for a full detail 2 months ago. BEWARE!! I will post photos when the sun is right.....

I tried to get my car washed here four days ago. I payed a hefty price for the wash, but figured it would be worth it with all of the road salt from the storm last week. The machine charge me $18 and told me to drive into the bay, but the car wash doors would not open. I tried inching closer to see if there was a sensor I needed to trip to get the the doors to open, but the doors remained shut. I got out of my car and walked around to see if I could find an attendant, but nobody was around. The wash eventually timed out, after already taking my money.
I called the customer service number that was posted on the door and left a message, hoping they would call me back and refund me. I didn't hear back by the next day, so I called again. Once again they didn't not answer or call me back. I've called and left messages again each day since car wash took my money, with no response at all.
I understand that mechanical failures happen and there may have been something wrong with the door that prevented it from letting me in to the car wash that'd I'd already paid for. What frustrates me Circle T's complete disregard for correcting their mistake and or making any attempt to return my calls and refund my money.

Honestly this car wash has become more and more disappointing over time, to the point where the price is no longer worth it. Broken washes, clogged sprayers, ineffective soaps/waxes/polishes. I could go on. At open the best wash in town was $16, now it’s $20 for a broken and half-effective wash. Not worth it for Exeter’s cars anymore.

Gimmick of a car wash. Cat came out looking the same. Dust still all over it. Not even a dirty car. Was just under tree shedding some dark dust for a day. Took it here and it didn’t do anything to clean

Found out today that even as a long-time, repeat customer that there is a new policy in place that if something goes wrong with your wash - which went up in price this week by the way - every one of them - they will NOT make up for it by letting you go through again. In probably 500 washes since I started going to Circle T, I had only ever complained once before, and was immediately allowed to go through again in a different bay. No exceptions to this new policy the attendant said. The attendant blamed the ownership and also commented that the price is ludicrous. I agree. He told me about a brand new alternative not too far away just off 101 Exit 9. Headed there now!A day later I see the response from the owner below. First off, when responding to the public, I wouldn't start off by telling untruths. That is what happened, that is what your employee said, so you need to watch yourself please. Also, this owner must a be a lawyer for having written all of that - or his outrageous prices helped pay for one. I read it twice and am still not sure what he is saying. If the owner I worked for personally had a dedicated, long-time customer who was unhappy with a product that the customer had recently purchased, then my owner would smile, APOLOGIZE, fix it, or replace it. Sees our world - even a car was - has become too complicated for that. Disappointing to say the least.

Too expensive and no difference between the different options of washings.

This car wash isn’t far from my house so I go frequently. The undercarriage wash does not work frequently (which is the only part that matters). After the most recent incident which I had waited in line 15 minutes for, I left three voicemails describing the issue and requesting a credit. I have yet to receive a return call. Save your money and go to one of the other washes nearby.

Does a great job, got my car pretty clean, wished the wax would stay on alil bit longer and then same with the soap, but all in all it does a great job cleaning my car.

I was there yesterday and got the "talk of the town" or the best wash. I think its the talk of the town on how they take your money and give you a crappy wash. They must be the talk of the town trash wash. My car was still soaked and the windows were dirty when I left. Got home to Hampton and there were white spots all over my dark colored Honda. I remembered the last time I went there years ago and it was terrible then. So much for giving them a second chance.

This car wash is by far the worst I have ever been to. It seems they use very little washing products and the nozzles are spaced too far apart. Tried talking to them, extremely rude and condescending. Don’t go there. Don’t waste your money.
