I spend alot of money here. Just bought a Vaporesso Xros 3 nano 6 days ago. It is having intermittent charging issues since purchase and about half the time it will not charge at all. Just went to exchange it as it has a 7 day warranty and of course it charged when they tested it. I even heard the girl say "it blinked when I 1st plugged it in and didn't charge" and then it started working of course. I was even going to buy juice and spend MORE MONEY with them. I tried explaining it was a 50/50 shot it would charge and they refused to exchange it. I could care less about the $40 it costs, it's the principal. I am having a valid warranteeble issue and of course they can't help. I will literally drive an hour out of my way now to not spend any money here anymore. Go anywhere else. Brent (owner) we know each other, you need to train these kids better bud. Do you really think I'm trying to screw you out of $40, it's laughable and I'm the definition of unhappy.
