Attended the service of a family friend. It seemed strange that there were not enough chairs for the grieving family, and of the chairs that were available, they were not the same height. There was a TV in the back of the room playing a slide show, but because of the way the room was staged, you couldn't see it without turning all the way around.

After some initial misunderstandings, Katie did well reaching out to me and clearing it up. It is appreciated, thank you.

I am so thankful for the wonderful service we were provided for my father. Matt was compassionate and very helpful. He worked with us through every step of the process. I could not be more more grateful for the care he puts into his work. Thank you for making this process simple and as stress free as possible.

A young friend of ours passed suddenly and with virtually no plans in place. Katie and Matt worked graciously with her family during a time that was incredibly stressful and upsetting. Katie guided them through the hospice process and ultimately worked with them to create not only a beautiful ceremony, but one that was also within their budget. Every detail was accounted for, and even the mass cards were laminated for lasting memories for years to come. When it came time for the wake, no one needed to worry about their children. The kids felt at ease in the children's room where they could escape the big crowd if needed.Katie and Matt honored the memory of our friend in such a magnificent way. The video of memories they created and shared online was so touching, and we feel that everything was done with love right down to the blue butterfly placed near our friend's urn for all to see. We can't thank them enough for showing compassion and great care during such a difficult time.

Still Oaks did a wonderful job on my Dads funeral. Such an overwhelming time for Mom and Myself its so nice to know there are people like Katie , who showed us great compassion and grace in our time of need. The way she handled the funeral procession out to the Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen was memorable as several relatives complimented her driving skills. Also memorable was having our great police chief blocking the main intersection in town for our procession and saluting Dad and our family. I have never felt such respect. Thank you Matt and Katie and Patrick for all you do.

Absolutely professional and compassionate people. From the first call I felt completely supported. Katie made the sudden passing of my brother as comfortable as it could possibly be from start to finish. Thank you very much.
