If there was optional for negative Stars this place would definitely get them! I had a appointment at 10:00 am with Jennifer on Saturday ,she was over 15 minutes late to my appointment, after she arrived ,no I'm sorry or apologies, walked right past me to her officethen come back to get me. she then lectured me saying I didn't confirm your appointment ,which I did online the day before.Finally I discussed my tax situation with her , she began to not help but then turned to lecture and put me down like I was a child , told me everything was wrong and I needed transcripts. Didn't offer to help get them or anything told me to get the transcripts and then she could help me.Lectured me and sent me on my way .I thought it was very unprofessional being a expert you should help people instead of just lecturing them THAT IS WHY THEY COME TO YOU FOR HELP.. so instead of me going back to her, I went to Jackson Hewitt. What a GREAT EXPERIENCE took care of all my stuff. Didn't lecture me .I DON'T RECOMMEND GOING HERE UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO BE LECTURED AND HAVE YOUR TIME WASTED.

Will never go back here nor will we ever recommend. Went here for the first time a few weeks ago desperate for help due to some issues from a few years ago. We confirmed our appointment the day prior and yet the lady was 30 minutes late getting to the office. She didn't say two words to us when she walked in and when she finally came up to us, her excuse was she didn't see our confirmation that we were still coming. No sorry or anything. We then explained what was going on and instead of helping or giving us advice, she put us down and reprimanded us like we were children for something we didn't understand and was out of our control. Then told us the transcripts we had were incorrect and told us to contact irz for different things ones even though we logged on to the IRS website and showed her the list of transcripts. She didn't even try to help and turned us away as fast as she could. Definitely felt like we didn't matter in the slightest.We left and went to Jackson Hewitt the next day, the people at Jackson Hewitt listened and took all documents we had and started right away. They didn't reprimand or put us down for anything. In the end Jackson Hewitt figured everything out and wiped out all irs debt and got us a refund!Will never give our business to this location or company again.
