I has also developed a chronic injury.Arkitect Fitness also includes an in-house Physical Therapist (not free) who, in conjunction with the coach created a custom workout plan for me that allowed to work through my injury, improve my Olympic lifting techniques and retain my fitness level.The other athletes at the gym run the gamut of people training for events to first time gym-goers that have struggled at commercial gyms. At any time you could see people doing 300# lifts overhead working out alongside others that are getting comfortable stepping onto a box all encouraging each other and going through it together.”
