Blue Compass RV..formerly RV One..formerly Country Camper is the RV dealership you should avoid for purchase or service. I bought my trailer new from them and left if for service while overseas. I was charged for repairs and service that should have been under warranty, as well as for services not completed. I am unable to get anyone on the phone or to return calls/emails. Posting your "direct" number in response to the numerous complaints online is useless if no one answers or returns calls. I am more than disappointed in my purchase and follow up service, and regret the whole experience. Be warned and pay attention to the reviews!

DO NOT BUY Here! We put a deposit on a used class A. They were happy to take my money but promised to fix lights and part of the head liner . I was told that they didn’t work on the drive train but would fix anything inside the coach. I was fine with that I also said I wanted to see the generator run. I was told on Monday financing was all set and I could come in on Tuesday afternoon to pick it up. When I got there they were working on the house batteries but nothing else was done. We were given our walk through and told they didn’t know we were here to pick it up. We rescheduled for Thursday afternoon to give them time to do what they promised. Come Thursday they are still working on it lights still done work, still no fuel to test the generator. At this point they offered to let me out of the purchase. I walked away with the promise of a full refund. I called the finance office Sarah was always busy, Thad the sales manager said I’d have it tomorrow as well as Jessica the manager. Emails were never answered finally after two weeks they returned my deposit. This was my worst experience ever.

I have tried so very hard to give this place a real chance but the staff keeps changing hands and nobody warns you prior. First off all my paperwork was wrong from the spelling of my name down to my address and all needed to be redone, the title paperwork was prepared wrong as well so it had to be redone also or we couldn’t register it. I was promised numerous things by service manager Josh and I saw him write them down in our file and apparently he is in NY now but they are nowhere to be found - thank God I have all this in writing via text message. Explain to me how my new 2023 RV is basically falling apart and I can’t have any consistency , if staff changes hands your customers need to know, in this change if hands all of our work orders and files have been lost! Not to mention if you want to camp into October they will gladly winterize your camper ON THANKSGIVING WEEK! We live in New England IT IS COLD NOW!

Great experience with Wesley and Joshua today. Our experience with the previous management of this dealership has been awful. Today I called and learned of and spoke with some of the new management and had a completely different experience.Wesley was very patient while I initially vented about issues thus far, offered solutions and had me speak with Joshua who put a plan in place to resolve outstanding issues that were left unresolved by the previous management.Encouraged to see issues being addressed and resolved. I believe the new management is working hard to improve this location!

If you think Camping World is bad just wait. Dealt with Blue Compass RV (formerly RV One) down the road form them. Not only was it a ridiculous charade to get the new camper (well over a month). But now I just had a payment taken from my account for the trade in camper that should of been paid off a month ago! I have never been through such a horrible experience in my life buying something. How the hell do these places function like this?I won't even get into trying to get a hold of someone!

The New leadership team acted quickly to address my issues and even visited me on site to respond to outstanding issues from the initial sale and make the necessary fixes on a holiday. Sometimes things happen and not all deals go perfect. However how you respond is usually the difference maker. Overall I am happy with the entire team that stepped up and got things moving.

Absolutely disgusted with how they treated my grandmother who was buying her first RV and expressed to them she’s never been camping before. At first they were nice and seemed to care, all up until she bought it. They had a list of stuff to go through that was promised to be done at the time of pick up and they did one or two things on the list, pulled it outside and left it there for her to pick up. She picked it up and there was a laundry list of stuff that wasn’t done. By the time she got home the entire camper smelt so bad you couldn’t even stand in it. It had a half a tank of black water (someone else’s poop) in it that’s been in it for who knows how long and they didn’t empty it. Sent her on the way with an Uninspected RV with temporary plates mine you the wiper was hanging off. All the stuff that was wrong was promised to be done by the time of pick up and it wasn’t. I brought my grandmother there thinking it was a professional place to Buy an RV but it’s turned around to be a nightmare now almost a month after purchase she still doesn’t have a rv and no updates or anything. We have called multiple times and get no response. Stay far away from this place.

Will never buy from them again, finance dept was terrible no return phone calls, title app wasn't even filled out when I received it and it was never redone, was told I didn’t need it to register it since I had the title and so I paid for a title app I never received. They were funded before trailer was even in the state or available nor was deal finalized, delivery dates came and went, they overpromise and under deliver.

BUYER BEWARE, NON EXISTENT Service DepartmentBought a new RV here and it was delivered with a propane problem that has meant we could not use our brand new 2023 camper for 4 months! Made over 30 calls in this period and NOT ONCE did the service department answer the phone and NEVER returned a message, despite having someone sitting at the service desk. Only way to get through was to drive an hour and get in the face of the service manager. Dropped off the RV finally for service (when we could get an appointment) and it sat on the lot for 3 weeks. Claimed they worked on the warranty problems and validated they had not by calling the manufacturer and learning that there was no prior work authorization or claim. Site manager did not return messages either. Finally picked up our RV before losing the whole summer. WILL NOT BE RETURNING here for service.Recommendation if you are still compelled to buy here: pay an independent RV inspector and do not close/pay until all your issues are fixed.

I bought a used camper from them in the beginning of May. Guys started off really nice. They had initially told me the camper I picked would be good to go in a week (which is when I needed it, and that was made very clear when talking to the sales person). We put the down payment down and are talking to another guy and he says that is not correct, because it is a new consignment and the paper work of switching names can take up to 3 - 4 weeks. I'm annoyed, but understand sales people don't always know the paper work part of things and just want their sale so I accept it and just get a hotel for what I needed it for and wait for the camper.A couple weeks later they tell me it is all set to go and to come pick it up and do the walk through. Day of walk through I get a call and they say the AC isn't working and to not come. We show up anyways cause we were almost there and they say it IS actually ready to go. The guys just "wiggled" the wires and it started working again ....... ok? So, being dumb, I trust them. We do the walk through, AC is blowing kinda cold air and everything seems okay and they verify everything is in working order. I go to use it a week later and the AC doesn't work, and neither does the freezer part of the fridge. I just accept I got screwed over and will have it fixed somewhere else.I wait for the loan payment information (it never comes!). I reach out to the loan company myself and they help me set up my account and stuff, just for me to realize the loan was pulled for an EXTRA $3,000? I understand fees but $3k in fees? I reached out to have them send me over my receipt for the camper to ensure my down payment was actually used towards the camper, and they have not responded. I called earlier in the week. Nothing. So, I've sent an email hoping for a response. Everyone seems nice enough, just not really wanting to work. I recommend going to Camping World, or literally anywhere else.*Update*Still nothing. I have tried multiple times to get in contact with them and nothing. I brought my camper to have the AC properly fixed to On Site RV Repair, off of rt 125 in Kingston (they are amazing!! squeezed me in asap and were so nice, highly recommend!). I still stand by what I said, don't buy from here!

PLEASE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. DON'T BE A VICTIM LIKE ME. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. They will take your deposit money and offer you to sign a contract for a good deal then leave you hanging with a broken RV. The WORST customer service of any company I have ever used. When will the 0 stars review score be available??? Writing a review today as I was calling this place over 30 times in the past few days just to ask to speak with someone. Absolutely awful and time consuming customer service over the phone. No matter what you do or say, you are told to wait for a call back. They keep transferring you from one ‘Manager’ to the next. They just play Ping Pong with you transferring without any results. Speechless!!! I will leave this lot as soon as I conveniently can when I have my money back. Worrying to think a company can run with customer service like this.

Went here to trade in our 2021 and purchase a fifth wheel. I was assured the deal could be done. Well that never happened and now we have 3 new inquiries on our credit which will surely affect our credit. Called credit company and was told they only needed to submit our proof of income. Which they never did and never asked us for. Stay away from this place because they DO NOT go above and beyond. They try your credit multiple times and move on to the next victim. I wish I would have read their reviews on google before hand and I would have known better.

If I could give a -10000 I would. This is the worst store ever, they will sell you broken units and string you along for over a year claiming they are “ordering parts” and will fix it and never do. They will screen your calls after and every-time we have brought our camper in , things have come back broken that we’re not broken prior to going in meanwhile never fixing the parts that it was brought in for. DO NOT BUY from this company. You will have better luck at camping world which is saying a lot.

My wife and I purchased a new Entegra class C from RV ONE NH. The people there were excellent to work with. Xan Peterson (the finance guru) went out of his way to get everything in line. The man is extremely knowledgeable with the in's and out's of RV financing. He was able to easily beat the lowest rate I could find anywhere. Jacob the sales manager was easy to work with, he found us additional discounts. Phil the sales person was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We never felt any pressure to purchase, all the negotiation was very down to earth and low key. We highly recommend you give these guys the opportunity to win your business.Update: after you purchase and have any issues, they never get back to you. Been 3 months waiting for replacement graphics and chassis warranty update. Zero communication from them. I’d suggest looking elsewhere if you need continued service.

Super nice salesperson asked a few general questions and showed us exactly what we wanted and a few that we could compare. It was great! Not pushy at all. Sale was fair and we ended up with a great deal!Update: returning phone calls is not their strength! Service staff is under-staffed and stretched thin! They need help!
