I made an appointment. I showed up on time for the appointment and the door was locked. I KNOCKED and I CALLED, I could hear the phone ringing. No one there. Five minutes after I finally left I got a call asking if I was coming. I told them I had been there, on time, and no one was there. The owner insisted she had been on time and I had left early so she'd have to charge me. I couldn't believe it.They require your credit card before you can make an appointment.I am disputing the charges but she already took the money from my account. As far as I'm concerned this woman is dishonest.

Since relocating to the area last year I was anxious about finding a salon that I would be comfortable going to. I researched the local salons and found Verve. I liked the idea of sisters working together in different specialties and chose Anna. Anna, and I believe her sisters, go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you want and will educate you on the process as well. I’ve been so pleased with their service that my husband is now a client as well!

First time there today and was much overdue for a cut. I saw Geneva/Jenny and she was fabulous! She's super friendly which made for a fun experience. She took her time and made sure my haircut was absolutely.to my liking. This is for sure the best haircut I've had in a while. She will be my new "go to girl". Thanks again!

First time at Verve. Looking for the right place. Christina gave me a fabulous cut! Looked exactly the same a few days later after washing! She really knows hair cutting and does a meticulous job. Salon is relaxed and Christina makes you feel very welcome. Want a great cut and style, Verve is the place to go.

SO happy to find a salon close to home that has an amazing stuff & great prices! I went in today to get a simple hair cut and Geneva went above and beyond to pamper me and I walked out with smooth, silky hair and another appointment next month!!! Love the fact they are family owned!I highly recommend Verve Hair Studio!

I've had Christine cut my hair here before which has been a good experience. This time she wasn't available so I thought I'd try the newest sister to join them. Very pleasant girl if not a little too chatty and invasive with her questions the problem began when I'd told her specifically not to cut too much on one side (many hairdressers do for some odd reason) having very short hair it makes it grow out badly. Next she started using men's clippers on my sides to trim them which I've NEVER HAD AND SHE DID NOT ASK! Now the sides are wonky too short sticking out and will not lay properly, on top of that they won't grow in right and will be uneven. Then there's the payment at first I balked at having to give my credit card to be charged if I cancel. Do they pay you if they cancel? Plus the mandatory 20% tip which in my opinion it's up to you if you and what amount you want to tip your stylist I would not of given 20% for this. I definitely recommend the other girls and even this one with reservations. It's a very nice atmosphere but .... my expectations are that the stylist ask before they attack your hair with clippers thinning sheets which I do not use either everyone's hair responds differently to cutting.

Impressed! Got a haircut yesterday from Geneva and I love it! She is fairly new to the profession so it took a little longer than an average haircut but I would much rather have it done right than done fast. You get the feeling that the stylists really care about their clients. Salon has relaxed atmosphere and great decor--I like that it's not a chain!! Quality cut for a good price.
