I have come to this store quite often over the years. To get gifts for my family and friends. It was such a nice store to browse around in. Take my time to look at different gifts. Now I feel like I’m being attacked from the second I walk into the door till I’m at the register. If I decided to purchase anything. I was behide a mother with 2 young children all she was buying was a card. The lady at the register asked her three times if she wanted to sign up for coupons and rewards. The employee clearly did not understand the phrase “no I’m all set thank you” the first two times. I had to step in the third time to say “let this mother go”. This wasn’t the first time I’ve seen this happen. With these employees harassing their customers with having to sign up. I will be reaching out to corporate about this. Cause I feel harassed and attacked with questions and being followed. LET YOUR CUSTOMERS SHOP! I have left numerous times cause I was too overwhelmed. Then I went home and bought the same gift on Amazon. I have talked to others who have done the same and feel the same. If you don’t do something soon about this. You will lose a lot of business for the holidays.

The most OVERRATED and OVERPRICED store ever!!! Even with a 30% off coupon, a T-shirt is still well over $20!

I am very disappointed with a birthday gift that I purchased here in Epping NH. I got the nativity set and along opening it on my birthday I noticed that the donkey had an ear missing and the staff was broken off the man.

The Paper Store is where I go when I need a special card. They also have tons of cute gift/decorative items which I enjoy seeing but don't often buy unless I need a special gift ... it'd be nice if they had senior discounts, but I don't know.. Will have to check that out next time.

Unfortunately I have to update my review due to how the owners of The Paper Store are handling the current situation. Disappointed that you've decided to put money ahead of your employees during this pandemic. People who shop The Paper Store would still have been loyal once you opened with reasonable expectations of masks to be worn for your employees safely and customers. Going in and seeing that your guidelines have changed certainly has changed where I will shop as well ad my friends and family. Too bad. I use to recommend your location out in Epping and now knowing you've changed to adapt to the ignorant, I won't.
This staff in Epping is by far the best of any Paper Store. Wish the owners of this small northeast company would put the health of their employees in front of their wealth.
