Great selection and knowledgeable/helpful employees. I've only been into cigars for about 5-6 years now but when I was first getting started and gave a very basic description of what I liked, they gave me a few recommendations and I ended up finding a brand I love and continue to buy to this day.

I would give a zero if I could. When in with my 24 year old son, he forgot his wallet. Idiot behind the desk wouldn’t let me buy a few cigars, I’m 57. Last time I’ll drive elsewhere!!

Don't know when they open but it definitely ain't anywhere near 10am. Three people including myself came and went while I ate in the car waiting and two of us wanted to buy boxes. I even left and went to Tractor Supply Co. and it was still closed at 1045am. Never again! I'll gladly take my business to Ash just down the road or even a little further away to Twins.
On top of all this, it turns out they don't even have a lounge to smoke in.

Cigars are ok. I have been in many times and today will definitely be the last. The customer service is just terrible and the cigars are overpriced.

Been here a few times and never had a bit of a complaint. Today just brought it up a level. I'm jot a cigar Guru, I like what I know I guess. I went in looking for something that was recommended, the guy not only helped me find it, knew everything about it but also showed me a few others similar at different cost. Very detailed on the flavor, types ect. If you want something and not really sure of what go in and talk and they will point you in the right direction. Smoking one now and he was spot on.

Got met the reps from HVC and will be trying there products. Friendly and knowledgeable staff made the visit enjoyable.
