As I was heading home out of state from UNH, my car started smoking from the tailpipe. Luckily I was close to the next exit, so I made it off 101 and found Cartier's not far down the road. Steve came out to look at my car and spent time trying to figure out what was wrong with it even though he had been closed for 4 hours already. Long story short, Steve fixed what was wrong and he was nothing but honest, fair, and kind the entire time we were figuring out what to do with my car. He even gave me a student discount! If I ever have anything wrong with my car again, I will be going to Steve to have him look at it and will tell my friends to do the same!

I can't say enough nice things about this place. This is the 2nd time I've had my car serviced by Steve. It's always been a fast and fairly priced experience. He has always taken the time to explain to me what is wrong with my car, how it happens, what he was going to do to fix it and the cost to repair it, up front before doing the work, so there will not be surprises. It's a great feeling to be able to trust your mechanic. I am so happy to say that I trust mine.
